SSOE is looking to hire an **Electrical Engineer**.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the design of healthcare, educational and commercial facilities projects for US.
Our Electrical Engineers will be responsible for working with other lead/contributing internal and external Mechanical, Structural and Civil Engineers, Architects, design teams, clients, and Project Managers to create and problem-solve exciting designs that incorporate some of the latest design techniques, while ensuring that all specifications are met, and to ensure timely completion of projects
**Responsibilities**:
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing.
Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering methods and techniques on work of small projects or on portions of larger projects.
- Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and assistance in deriving possible solutions to unusual problems.
- Exercises limited judgment in making adaptations or modifications to design concepts.
- May supervise, coordinate, and direct the work effort of designers on the same project with some responsibility for checking his/her portion of the completed drawings.
- May write portions of specifications and assist in preparing cost estimates.
- Performs design work in Revit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Experience minimum 4 (four) years experienced with power system design (electrical power, lighting, and grounding systems).
- Familiarity with lighting software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with remote office team members, across various company office locations and client personnel.
- Experience in complex design projects (healthcare, hotels, airports, corporative offices).
- Experience with Revit software is preferred.
- Advanced English is mandatory
