Activities
- Product design for rotary tools meeting customer requirements and specifications following client product development processes.
- Evaluation and selection of different materials to meet design specifications, select appropriate schematics and HW building blocks based on design concepts.
- Work with Altium, Altium Vault /Mentor
- Mentor development team with regards to PE-methods (RE, FAM, DRBFM, PCD, DfR, SW-Eng.)
- Participate in design reviews to provide input to improve design robustness
- Leading junior engineers by providing technical leadership / mentorship
- Understands embedded software design principles including architecture creation, requirement defintion, validation, and documentation
- Capability to program in C language to support initial prototypes & production designs along with experience debugging existing code.
Job requirements:
- Electrical Engineering, Master is a plus
- 5+ years experience
- Usage of bench top test equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, data acquisition, etc. to aid in the validation and troubleshooting of circuits
