Mission: On site overseer of mechanical/electrical personnel and installation of HON Intelligrated material
handling automation designs across multiple project locations.
Uphold HON policy and quality standards.
Required on site with sub-contractor.
Main Responsibilities:
Key accountabilities
- Main point of contact on projects executed.
- Attend and drive project MOS.
- Drive strategy and long-term project planning
- Safety:
- Completion of DEKRA reports.
- Collaboration with HSE
- Supporting and promoting a safe work environment
- Quality:
- Adherence to Intelligrated procedure and processes and code
- Answering subcontractor's technical questions
- Reporting:
- Completion of weekly written progress reports
- Attendance on project, CCT, PMO, PCO or other meetings
- Updating CP tracker 2.0 data
- Schedule:
- Holding subcontractor accountable to deliverables
- Progress feedback to PM and PMO
- Ensuring downstream customer's needs are met
- Proactive identification of roadblocks
- Budget:
- Managing and mitigating subcontractor COs, in conjunction with CCT
- Aligning hours to available work, in conjunction with CCT
- Ensuring tasks are performed in the most efficient way
- Feedback to PM and PCO in support of forecasting
You must have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering:
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or similar.
- English language: Advanced both written and spoken.

- Application engineering techniques to optimize installation of products, parts, systems or processes
- Clear and concise communications

or forced to by events.
- Able to travel average 80% of the time
- Able to drive a car with a valid license (work environment might require driving under high changing weather
conditions such as: rain, snow and wind)
