Electrical Maintenance SupervisorThe Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical maintenance activities at the power plant to ensure continuous and reliable operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the electrical maintenance team and technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans and schedules.Monitor equipment performance and utilize data to optimize maintenance strategies.Oversee major overhaul projects, outages, installations, and upgrades.Perform root cause analysis on electrical equipment failures and defects.Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot electrical issues and emergencies.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.Evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance programs.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and materials.Lead and provide training to electrical maintenance team members.Generate maintenance logs, metrics, and reports.Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other groups to maximize uptime.Required Skills/Qualifications:Electrical engineering degree or relevant technical degree/certification5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenanceExpert knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipmentUnderstanding of predictive and preventive maintenance best practicesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational abilitiesProficiency with MS Office and maintenance data analysisCommitment to safety and operational excellenceIf you feel excited about being a part of this working environment and think your personal skills and qualities match the job requirements, we look forward to receiving your job application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
