Work towards timely and efficient issue identification, communication, tracking, and resolution via Ford management systems and launch performance metrics for on time delivery of launchYOUR IMPACT:- Electrical PMT Engineer Communicate upcoming work you're doing to the Electrical/Embedded Software Design and Release team and execute operating system to ensure the work gets done on time, with quality. - Assist robust Electrical systems sign-off for our landmarks, and support prototype, pre-launch, and launch build phases. - Represent Electrical/Embedded Software in the various program and Vehicle Operations interface. - Provide support to the Backbone, ensuring effective communication. Supporting functional content alignment with program objectives. - Ensures Engineering Design Reviews and associated workstreams are consistent with Program timing and Attends Design Reviews on priority/risk basis as required.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- BS Engineering required.- Outstanding organizational/delegation skills with accurate follow-up to accomplish multiple objectives in timely fashion.- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a multi-functional team.- Outstanding communication skills (English skills )(open, clear, and inclusive).- Self-directed with strong technical capability and problem solving skills.- Strong fundamentals and solid understanding of Product Development Process and preferably Launch Quality Operating System processes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Ford Systems Tools for issue identification, tracking, and presentation
