**Your responsibilities**:
- Process mapping and continuous review for improvement (Meet ISO 9000 Standards).
- Standardization (Process, Templates, Technical information, Commercial Terms).
- Lessons Learned management. Sustainable solutions.
- Proposals OPQs management. Sustainable solutions.
- Function as link to build relationship between areas.
- Risk administration (Management consists of actions and plans, whereas administration entails setting objectives and policies).
- Training plan development & Trainings organization.
- Development and follow-up of Quality KPIs.
- Improve handover of projects to Project Management (Pre-KOM & Documentation).
- Customer satisfaction polls, analysis, and follow-up.
- Audits planning & execution of Proposals.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in proposals development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers.
- ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS)
- Background in Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
