Electrical Solutions Engineer for Mining Devices

MISSION: This position is in charge of installing and providing maintenance to Michelin's Monitoring Devices for Mining tires and ensure its correct functioning..
The job requires to work directly in the mines of Sonora and Panama.
Being a resident of Sonora is a plus.
MAIN ACTIVITITIES
- Leads the implementation of the technical solution and provides support to deliver expected target performance, business value and ultimately respond to our Customers' needs
- Ensure the quality of the technical services at the client through continuous improvement, standardization, auditing and training

CONSULT AND SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER
- Reviews the quality of the solutions with the customers and feedback to internal partners (Mktg, Region, etc).
- Recommends alternative to increase share of the customer account (upsell + cross sell)
- Assist the provider in the Installation and ERP/ portal utilization
- Be the interface between the Service provider and the client and provide assistance and/or support when needed.
- Manage customer user experience.
Solving problems and claims in their usage.
- Contribute with the main results KPIs on customer, following and analyzing them (installation, churns, technical assistance).
- Improve product quality to reduce maintenance costs (services and parts).
- Help the customer on have the best usage of our solution.
TRAINING
- Provide face to face training for the customer, on service platforms, online access and solutions.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience working with mines is a plus

Electronic, electrical or equivalent degree is prefreable

Customer centric

English is a must

Resident of Sonora or nearby
