REXROTH is building a new manufacturing plant in Queretaro with approximately 40,000 sqm and we are looking your talent to lead a facilities team.
Job Description1.High, Medium and Low Voltage Electrical projects overview, ensuring they are executed according to plan and complying with all applicable regulations, (NOM, ), certifying that the installation has ben performed according to the approved project.
2.High and Medium and Low Voltage Electrical installation maintenance and operational needs (production & administrative) according to current applicable regulations and standards.
3.Preventive Maintenance Program development, implementation and follow up for all non-productive electrical installations and equipment including, but not restricted to: Substations, Transformers, Distribution Boards, Wiring, Pumps, Heaters, Kitchen Equipment, Lightning, Solar Panels, including periodically studies and certifications

4.Medium and High voltage project management and developmentaccording to the site needs, including Design, RFQ, Change Management, Contractors management, Legal requirements and permits, Construction and installation overview, Lay out increase and modifications, in order to deliver projects within time and budget according to appliable regulations and standards.
5.Energy efficiency projects development and implementation
QualificationsRegulations: NOM-001 SEDE, NOM-029 STPS, NOM-002 SEDE, NOM-022 STPS., NFPA70, NFPA70E, NOM-001 STPS. Design, development and execution of high, medium and low voltage electrical projects.
Engineering degree: Electrical / ElectromechanicalAt least 4 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance plans4 years of experience coordinating directly an Engineering teamAdvanced English skillsLeadership, Proactiveness, Problem solving and Decision makingStrong knowledge of:STPS Regulations (experience and knowledge)ISO/OHSAS compliance (experience and knowledge)Operation, preventive and corrective maintenance to distribution transmission systems and high, medium and low voltage electrical equipment.
Knowledge of protection systems against electrostatic charges.
Management and administration of labor and contractors
