EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships. The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for: - Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group. - Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits. - Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits. - Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-8 years of field sales/technical experience with electrical products.
- Experience with end users in the BUILDING segment.
- Experience working with relevant Codes and Standards, Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Demonstrated strong verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving, selling and negotiation skills.
- English Advanced-Intermediate level.
- Technical aptitude.
- Broad business acumen, ability to plan and execute on plan
