We have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a Electromechanic Technician join our Maintenance team.
Based in Tetla – Mexico.Main responsibilities:Perform the intervention of the machinery, according to the preventive / corrective work orders (respecting and improving the original designs of the machinery), repairing and changing parts in mechanical and / or electrical failures.Follow-up and monitoring of critical machines and bottlenecks for production.
Execution of activities requested by the production and engineering department to improve the performance of the equipment, through work orders.Take advantage of the scheduled downtimes of the equipment for the necessary intervention for reasons of improvement.
Actively participate in maintenance meetings and root cause analysis of the failures.
Make an electronic maintenance log of the work carried out on the different machines.
At the end of your activity, apply 6 S's ensuring that once your operation is finished, you carry out the order and cleaning activities, delivering the machinery to the user validating its optimal functioning.Perform the intervention of the markers, printers and talc applicators, according to (the maintenance programs) and/or the work orders, verifying the availability of the machinery, repairing and changing parts in case of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic failures, adjusting mechanical parts, to avoid equipment failures that cause damage to finished products or unscheduled stops and ensure the correct operation of the markers and talc applicators.Report the operating status of the markers, printers and talc applicators, after the intervention, to the Maintenance Programmer and/or immediate Manager, verifying the internal state of the machinery, the wear of the parts, the correct operation at the start of the operation, evaluating it according to the manufacturer's manuals and analyzing the failures that the machinery presented, to determine the replacement of parts, new interventions and to prevent critical failures.Actively participate in safety programs such as DDS, Face to Face, BBS, Potential Risk Detection, etc., which allows guaranteeing the safety objective of zero incidents (Zero and more) within the company.
Stay trained and updated on safety standards and policies within the company.Execution of LOTOTO when required to intervene in the machineryWho are we looking for?FORMAL EDUCATION: Electromechanical or mechatronics technician / Electromechanical, mechanical or mechatronics engineer.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: (Less than 2 years, 2 to 5 years, 5 to 10 years, More than 10 years)SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: (Knowledge of programs and level, handling of specialized machinery, languages and level)Technical knowledge in pneumatic systems, hydraulics, welding, electricity, mechanics.Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.Knowledge of components for equipment replacement.GENERAL COMPETENCES:Results OrientedThink StrategicallyTeamwork and Collective Responsibility}Know the environmental area and/or compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standardKnow the area of quality and/or compliance with the ISO 9001:TL 9000 standardYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
