.As an Electromechanical engineer, you will perform preventive maintenance routines as specified in the order within the established frequencies (general lubrication of equipment, inspection of equipment and platforms, change of bearings, filters, system, machine geometry (turret) spindles, counter port, alignment of Z and X axis according to the procedure).The role of an Electromechanical engineer involves analyzing system requirements, developing conceptual designs, and building detailed plans. This duty involves selecting appropriate electrical and mechanical components; the goal is to create efficient and functional electromechanical systems that meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Complete order reporting general machine status (time, failure, who repaired, machine or tool condition) in PM maintenance control system.Prepare spare parts purchase requisitions as part of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance in ERP system (Oracle).Respond to equipment failure reports according to plant priorities, diagnosing failures in a timely manner, spare parts needed, and estimated repair time.Perform Repairs Modifications: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electronic, etc. on equipment and installations as applicable.Deliver the equipment or installations to the Production Supervisor or the person in charge, once the failure has been repaired.Align with ES&H procedures applicable to your position (PPE, Confined Spaces, Machine Lockout, etc.) as well as ISO standards and procedures and those established in the RIT.Maintain your assigned tools in good operating condition, reporting to the Maintenance Manager any applicable deterioration and/or replacement.Perform inspection routines assigned by Maintenance Chief aligning with the established criteria of ES&H, Environment, etc.Follow the safety rules/policies/procedures for your job such as Confined Spaces, Chemical Spills, etc.Who You Are:You are self-oriented and build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
