Electromechanical Technician B

Responsible for performing under direct supervision preventive maintenance schedules of machinery and equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance in conjunction with quality and production departments.
Disassembles and changes motors, electrical pumps, generators, transmissions, gears, and pressure pistons.
Operates equipment for testing performance, change oil, check batteries, lube, and preventive maintenance.
Complies with standard operation procedures for the electrical mechanical maintenance function.
Analyzes production, quality, and maintenance statistical reports for planning, develop, recommend, and implement new methods and procedures.
In coordination with immediate supervisor prepares requisitions of spare parts and materials needed for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, installations, and equipment.
After perform maintenance will fill up format sheet for specific maintenance and file up.
Develop in house projects to improve safety, quality, cost for the company.
