We are looking for electronic join our Maintenance team. Based in Tetla - Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance.
- Carry out the intervention of electronic equipment, control boards, in accordance with the preventive maintenance work orders (respecting and improving the original designs of the machinery).
- Maintain effective communication with the Preventive Maintenance Programmer, reporting all the findings found during the intervention to electronic equipment and control boards.
- Inform the maintenance storekeeper of the spare parts used and the requirements found during the interventions.
- Report in writing the spare parts and spare parts.
- Check the specifications of the special parts before installing them.
- Generate the intervention report of the programmed equipment (daily routine)
- Close work orders for preventive maintenance, obtaining an acceptance signature from the user and delivering them to the maintenance scheduler.
- Generate the annual preventive maintenance plan for measurement and test equipment.
- Perform periodic maintenance on measurement and test equipment.
Corrective maintenance.
- Assist and carry out the necessary activities for the start-up of the equipment that is in failure.
- Notify the user of the actions carried out and confirm the start-up of the equipment.
- Fill out corrective work order and collect acceptance signature from the user to report in the log (daily routine).
- Generate electronic corrective maintenance log report of interventions of the machines that were intervened.
- Report in writing the spare parts and spare parts in the spare parts warehouse balance voucher.
- Report to the maintenance coordinator the findings found during the corrective maintenance intervention.
- Comply with the policy of integrated management, Quality, Health, Safety at work and Environment.
- Give support to electromechanical personnel in electrical & electronic failures for the start-up in a timely manner.
- Perform failure analysis of those interventions that do not allow immediate start-up.
- Comply with the safety guidelines and participate in the programs established within the plant.
Who are we looking for?
- Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Electronics, Electronic Technician.
- At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and maintain good internal relationships (client - supplier).
- General knowledge in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electricity Systems.
- Programming of plc's, Siemens and Allen Bradley.
- Programming of AC and DC speed controls.
- Design and modification of HMI screens.
- Knowledge in the repair of electronic cards.
- Handling and use of measurement instruments: Megger, Oscilloscope, Energy Analyzer, multimeter, ammeter, tachometer, thermometer
- Management of the English language Intermediate.
- Knowledge in process control system, temperature, pressure, speeds.
- Reading electrical diagrams.
- Availability and flexibility of schedule, derived from maintenance needs on holidays and weekends.
- Flexibility in rotating shifts, alternate rest days.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Office.
- Compliance with the integrated management system, Quality, Health, safety at work and the environment.
