We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will provide strategic partnership within Mexico Operations. This position is open for either Guadalajara city or Tijuana city. Main responsibilities: Strategic account planning with sales account managers and international vertical team members. Work with internal engineering resources to provide technical solutions to customer requests. Report monthly customer updates and submit highlights quarterly to headquarters. Customer/market related: Identify new customers relocating to Mexico (near-shoring) Maintain and grow positive relationships with existing and new customers. Understand technical requirements pertaining to Electronics assembly and testing automation. Develop and maintain customer roadmaps and competitive market information. Work with key stakeholders to provide a holistic view of current product / solution offerings. Develop customer engagement strategies. Identify and define customer product and technology needs. Maintain awareness of competitor and market plans, trends, and technologies.
