Elementary Teacher

The elementary teacher will work with an elementary combination class (1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, or 5th & 6th grade).
Responsibilities: Instruction and implementation in all subject areas.Work on special event planning for elementary activities.Qualifications: Teaching credential and experience strongly preferred.Our school is a small missionary children's school in southern Mexico. To keep tuition costs low, all teachers are expected to raise their own support since no salary or compensation is provided by the school. We encourage all teachers to come under the authority of a church or mission sending organization, such as TeachBeyond.
We have small class sizes and a close-knit community. Classes are taught with an American-style curriculum in English. This position is ideal for someone who wants to have a first-hand impact on missions through the education of missionary children.
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time (35+ hrs/week)
