We laugh together, we don't take ourselves too seriously, and we're always trying to make our customers crack a smile.**Summary** of the job**:**Responsibilities**:- Act as a liaison between internal functions to resolve various project and technology challenges- Establish and refine collaborative processes between departments to ensure timely, frictionless delivery of work- Triage and resolve issues promptly, particularly for client-based work**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:- 2+ years developing within a templating framework (e.G. Nunjucks), with emphasis on component driven workflows- Experience using version control software such as Git- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and visual)- Ability to be both autonomous and collaborative, taking ownership of your work but also reaching out for support as needed- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, showcased by the ability to efficiently plan, manage, and juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously
