Learn more about us LER TechForce: Life | LinkedIn**JOB LOCATION**:Remote from Mexico**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:- Customer Facing Engineers and C-Suite.- Design and develop embedded AUTOSAR software for automotive infotainment systems.- Integrate CAN and diagnostic database files into the ECU configuration project.- Implement embedded display firmware using C/C++ in a Linux environment- Perform unit and functional level testing of the software.- Support root cause analysis of bench and vehicle level issues.- Generate documentation to describe the implementation design.- Engage in all regular software development activities such as architecture study, feature requirements review, code reviews, and test case reviews to ensure that the team delivers high quality code.- Collaborate with team members in software development activities using the Scrum/Agile development process.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:**ESSENTIAL**:- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.- 5+ years of embedded software development experience.- Experience using Vector/ETAS tools for AUTOSAR development and configuration (e.G. DaVinci).- Ability to understand and debug CAN communication.- Familiar with the I2C protocol and debugging communication issues, including CRC and checksum protection.- Strong programming and debugging skills with C/C++ and unit test frameworks (e.G., Parasoft/GoogleTest).- First-hand knowledge of working in QNX/Linux and Android.- Experience with SCM tools such as Git/Gerrit and Jenkins.- Fluent in Spanish and English**PREFERRED**:- Familiar with AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) components such as Com, Dcm, and Dem.- Capable of optimizing memory and CPU utilization to reduce system load.- Experience with uProtocol (gRPC, pub/sub).- Experience integrating Linux drivers.- Ability to establish SerDes communication across multiple devices, including knowledge of LVDS, FPD Link, STP.- Ability to understand and debug diagnostic UDS request/response.- Experience with scripting languages such as shell and Python.**WHAT YOU'LL GET**:- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, etc
