YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Software Engineering or related.
7+ years of relevant hands-on experience designing, developing and leading embedded systems projects.
Experience leading teams of entry to senior level professionals.
Experience working with ARM microcontroller and RTOS like FreeRTOS, etc. are a plus.
Experience with wireless protocols like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, 4G, LTE, etc. is a strong plus.
Experience with C++, C#.
Knowledge of cyber security in an embedded system environment and developing secure products is a plus.
Understanding of hardware design principles.
Agile, scaled Agile or Scrum knowledge and experience.

Experience with volatile and non-volatile memories such as EEPROM, FLASH, RAM, etc.
Experience with memory maps and memory management (static and dynamic) is a plus.
Experience working with MCU power modes is a plus.
Experience with embedded Linux (user space, drivers and kernel) is a plus.
Experience with MISRA C code standard is a plus.
Experience with Python and shell scripting is a plus.
Experience with wireless protocols like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G, etc. is a strong plus.
Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, data acquisition, etc. is a plus.
Experience with cybersecurity in an embedded system environment and developing secure products is a plus.
Experience with networking fundamentals and protocols is a strong plus.
Experience with building automation industry protocols: BACnet or Modbus are a strong plus.
Domain knowledge in air quality sensing (particulate matter, VOCs or CO2), in filtration and disinfection (needle point bipolar ionization, direct synthesis hydrogen peroxide, UV-C, UVGI or electrostatic disinfection) or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning are a strong plus.
Experience with building automation industry: Building Management Systems and HVAC systems are a strong plus.
