Emc New Product Technician

**Responsibilities**:Responsible to get trained on the products to be transferred or in the New Products being introduced in our programsFacilitate and train operators in the products transferred or in the New Products.Actively participate in the new manufacturing processes to ensure smooth transfer or launchResponsible help with work instructions, and visual aids translation as requiredActively participate in the validation & test protocols plans.Provides support to Engineers and Supervisors to achieve customer's expectationsHelp on continuous improvement projects**Position Requirements**Conversational EnglishExperience on manufacturing processes preferredProven commitment and responsibilityTrainer experience preferredExperience with soldering, assembly, and crimping (preferred)Lean manufacturing knowledgeAvailability to work with microscopes or learn how to do it.Availability to get trained in manufacturing processesVisa and passport validAvailability and willingness to travel**Competencies**Microsoft OfficeEffective communicationWillingness to learn and teach new productsTraining skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to be self-managed, give and receive critical feedback, and possess the desire to collaborate with the teamWork in a manufacturing environment.
