.POSITION OBJECTIVEEnsure human and technical resources availability and readiness to prevent or address an Emergency in the Mexico sites complying with local regulation and corporate guidelines.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure direct report team is available 24/7 to lead an emergency response.Design and manage the emergency preparedness training program to effectively respond to major emergencies in accordance with state and federal regulations.Ensure technical training for emergency brigades is delivered as per site procedures roles and responsibilities.Manage inspection/tests programs for facilities/equipment to determine their operational and functional capabilities in emergency situations in accordance with state and federal regulations along with Facilities management.Design and manage the fitness for duty program for volunteer brigade members, ensuring adequate staffing and recruitment.Keep informed of federal, state and local regulations affecting emergency plans, and ensure that plans adhere to said regulations and insurance and corporate guidelines.As required, provide support to operation through Risk Assessments, Highly Hazardous Work Permits, and non-routine operations.Coordinate with local, civic authorities on emergency/disaster response operations, including PIQ CLAM.Coordinate emergency drill calendar, and follow up on Post Mortem meetings and action items.Follow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.Enforce Quality and EHS BRP policies.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSUse of emergency equipment (DC3/DC5).Rescue operations.MS Office / Google Office Suite.F.A (TUM optional).Education:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar).Experience:Min.
