**MAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Ensure direct report team is available 24/7 to lead an emergency response.
Availability in all three shifts
Design and manage the emergency preparedness training program to effectively respond to major emergencies in accordance with state and federal regulations
Delivers technical training for emergency response, rescue operations, highly hazardous activities
Develop and manage inspection/tests programs for facilities/equipment in order to determine their
operational and functional capabilities in emergency situations in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Design and manage the fitness for duty program for volunteer brigade members, ensuring adequate staffing and recruitment.
Keep informed of federal, state and local regulations affecting emergency plans, and ensure that plans adhere to these regulations
Coordinate with local, civic authorities on emergency/disaster response operations, including PIQ CLAM
Coordinate emergency drill calendar, and follow up on Post Mortem meetings and action items.
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality and EHS BRP policies.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
Technician Degree on EMT (emergency medical technician) or firefighter.
3 years of experence in emergency responsive
Use of emergency equipment (DC3/DC5)
Rescue operations
Excellent decision-making and communication skills
MS office / Google office suit
