This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of software features, solutions, and products. Responsibilities: Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple technical projects or programs. Develops delivery roadmaps based on product, services, technical requirements and business needs. Partners with cross-functional teams to help prioritize, plan, track and execute cross organizational programs. Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections. Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality. Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards. Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership. Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitate the exploration of new technologies and solutions. Education & Experience Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in project/program management, scrum master, professional technology organization or related field.
