**About the role**:
As an **Sr. **Employee Lifecycle** you will play a key role in ensuring the administration that underpins all Employee lifecycle processes is completed accurately and on time and will manage queries through to resolution or escalation.
**What would you do?
**:
- Overseeing end-to-end Lifecycle case administration (onboarding, offboarding, cross boarding, contract generation, etc.)
- Maintaining employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.
- Managing leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) including complex cases and arrangements.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the Specialists and People Managers where appropriate.
- Fulfilling all regular and ad-hoc report requests from our partners around the business.
- Managing escalated requests raised through ServiceNow ensuring SLA's are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and further escalating to the specialists when required.
- Maintaining electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible and overseeing user access to ensure robust controls are adhered to in line with GDPR and best practise.
- Dealing with complex immigration cases for employees in all countries under your ensuring compliance with Home Office, in
- country legal requirements and internal audit standards.
- Proactively lead / support a variety of projects which support Kerry GBS's Continuous Excellence agenda.
- Providing support and assistance to Employee Lifecycle Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners.
- Acting as point of escalation for the Employee Lifecycle Administrators where guidance or the benefit of deeper experience is required
- Owning your own workload through the analysis of current case load, identifying trends and undertaking improvement action
- Providing insightful, intelligent reporting to customers to support and maximise business performance
- Fostering a culture of service excellence with your colleagues, role-modelling this and coaching other team members to deliver true best in class services to all.
**What will you need to be successful?

- +2 Human Resources experience.
- Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge).
- HR systems knowledge, such as: My success, service now.
- SAP ADP, KRONOS, Power BI (Desirable)
- Fluent verbal & written English is required.
