Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.High involvement in the operation with production employees, group leaders and supervisorsMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Conduct regular governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leader).Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.Works closely with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
