Overview:This role will assist in the day-to-day staff coordination of the SSOE Global Workforce Optimization (GWO) Mexico team. Overall responsibility for the Mexico operations and team will reside with the **Operations Managers in the USA**, but the Employee relations Coordinator will provide support within the department.**Responsibilities**:- Assist GWO Managers with facilitating employee relations for GWO team members.- Provide information and support to GWO Managers and GWO team members regarding SSOE policies and procedures.- Support GWO Managers with identifying opportunities to cultivate and strengthen the SSOE culture.- Assist GWO Managers in soliciting feedback regarding the performance of GWO team members.- Collaborate with the HR talent acquisition department with communications to GWO Managers regarding fulfilling staffing needs and identifying new talent.- Be a local point of contact for GWO Managers and provide support to the GWO team members in areas such as: physical workspace assignments, communicating local days of operations, updates to Mexican employment law, local culture, etc.- Assist GWO Managers with highlighting positive employee performance through the utilization of our internal employee recognition program.- Assist GWO Managers in identifying development and coaching opportunities for GWO team members.- Assist in the facilitation of new GWO employee onboarding.- Provide support in drafting and communicating important updates from Mexico's operation to GWO managers, such as: salary administration budgets, internal benchmark ranges, general operation of the office, events, SEA Club initiatives, etc.- Ensure that GWO Managers and employees are knowledgeable of SSOE standards and processes.- Assist GWO Managers in collaborating with Mexico Design Manager and Mexico Section Managers to discuss workload/resourcing needs between teams of Mexico and ensure coordination between teams and disciplines.- Assist GWO Managers with ensuring productivity balance across GWO team members.- Excellent English and Spanish communication is required.Qualifications:- High communication skills both in english and spanish.- Bachelor's degree in Administration. Engineering background is desire- 5 years of experience is desired- Bilingual English and Spanish- Negotiation and Planning Skills
