About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert Leader to join our team at Micron Technology.Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and employee relations skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing ER strategies, influencing local leaders, and ensuring ER processes are consistently applied across the organization.The role also involves leading or overseeing workplace investigations in accordance with global investigation policies and procedures, responding to employee issues and grievances, and providing ER expertise and consultation to business partners and employees.In addition, the Employee Relations Expert Leader will partner with global business people partners (GBPPs) and global executive people partners (GEBPs), as well as centers of excellence (COEs) to provide guidance and recommendations to resolve team member issues and enhance people organization programs.The ideal candidate will have 8 years of work experience relevant to Employee Relations, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector, with exposure to Mexico and US industries.
