As a member of the Culture and Counsel platform, the Employee Relations (ER) Manager will be responsible for conducting sensitive investigations into potential policy and/or Code of Conduct violations in the LATAM region. The ER Manager will act as a neutral party through all aspects of the investigation and will ensure a timely, fair, and quality process for all involved parties.This position requires knowledge of professional and ethical investigation standards and/or human resources processes and procedures. The incumbent must possess the ability to quickly issue-spot employment and Employee Relations matters and be able to advance appropriately or suggest recommendations that align with our cultural values.**Key Responsibilities**:Primarily responsible for investigating complaints of Employee Relations, bullying, harassment, and, with assistance, complaints of Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation.Ensure a detailed investigation process, including investigation coordination, responses, and maintenance of accurate and detailed records and notes of the investigatory process.Build comprehensive written investigation reports that clearly identify the issues investigated, summarize the evidence, make findings and recommendations, as well as identify root cause.Resolve when a complaint needs to be examined for further review and/or investigation assistance.Lead initiatives to strengthen culture programs focusing on ethical business practices.Partner internally with ER colleagues and leaders, Employment law, and HR teams as appropriate to achieve responsibilities.**Minimum Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field.- 5+ years of experience supporting Employee Relations efforts or relevant HR experience required.- Experience conducting and managing human resources or employee relations investigations.- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
