We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Strategy Lead to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing Micron Semiconductor Mexico (MSM) Employee Relations (ER) strategies, influencing local leaders in the thought process and the design of ER strategies, programs, and policies. This role ensures ER processes are understood and consistently applied by Micron.Key responsibilities include leading or overseeing Mexico and North America workplace investigations in accordance with ER's global investigation policy and process, responding to employee issues, grievances, and disputes in line with our People Values, and driving expedient resolutions. Additionally, the candidate will provide ER expertise, consultation, and market insights regarding the labor environment in Mexico, including benchmarking industry best practices for people policies and practices, early warning systems for labor risks and non-compliance, and monitoring trends in labor standards, laws, and government regulations for proactive action.This position requires eight years of work experience relevant to Employee Relations, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sector, in leadership positions, with direct experience in labor relations, a strong understanding of Mexican and US labor law and practices, particularly in the State of Jalisco, as well as global labor standards and issues.We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 per annum.
