Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.Follow us on:- LinkedIn BRP- TwitterBRPnews- YouTube CommunicationsBRP**MAIN DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Administers Cafeteria and Transportation services through the selected BRP vendors - Verifies the services provided are within the agreed terms per contract regarding Cost, Quality and Service.- Reviews details of Transportation and Cafeteria Weekly invoices, verifies accuracy and submits for approval for payment processing - Performs periodic measurements and generates reports to show compliance with agreed terms- Partners with vendors to measure service and improvement proposals - Is accountable for Employee Satisfaction Metrics for Cafeteria and Transportation services- Administers the Cafeteria and Transportation Committees, verifies active participation of members in incident reporting and promotes the generation and implementation of improvement actions.- Directly participates in the continuous improvement activities following BRP philosophy (Ideas, PSP, Workshops, etc.)- Makes sure all activities are performed within the applicable security guidelines- Participates in special events as required (Employee Experience, Recruiting, Security, etc.)**KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS AND STUDIES REQUIRED**:- Bachelors degree or Technical school plus applicable equivalent experience- Bilingual Spanish - English (Functional written and spoken)- Experience in Customer or Employee Services area at least 3 yearsPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
