.EMS ManagerContinuous Improvement at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers in order to deliver outstanding and continuously improved customer & consumer experiences with a competitive cost structure.The role will work across facilities with cross-functional teams including Plant Operations, Capex Purchasing, Quality, Global Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers to ensure that launch, investment and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead, promote, and facilitate the use of CI / EMS within operational areas so that it becomes a "part of the culture" at the new facilities.- Support launch initiatives and strategic goal & objective creation to ensure high impact opportunities for lean process are identified.- Facilitate standard creation to enable high performing teams to achieve superior SQCDP performance.- Develop, and play a hands-on execution role in the EMS plan, linked to the business plan and strategic priorities with robust sustainable lean processes. Own the execution (impact, timeline and dependencies and sustainability of project results).- Drive the education & development of CI skills, competencies, and effectiveness among key project stakeholders- Drive Standardization and continuous improvement of the EMS/ CI principles, tools and practices.- Identify automation / digital waste elimination opportunities and implement solutions to realize demonstrable efficiency.- Increase employee engagement and involvement through simple daily CI methods.On regards responsibility and authority in matters of safety, hygiene and the environment:It is the employee's responsibility to work safely, hygienically and in an environmentally responsible manner; focused but not limitedto the prevention of incidents and accidents in your work area, section and your colleagues.Reinforcing the hygiene and safety measures indicated, as well as their participation in the company's environmental and safety programs, such as but not limited to: The segregation of materials; the environmental certifications; and the safety health programs that are carried out and in the way that your participation is determined or requested.It is the employee's responsibility to know the policy, objectives, and action plans of the ISO 50001 energy management system as well as its significant uses of energy.On regards the authority, all employees have the authority to stop processes, operations or activities that present a risk in terms of safety, hygiene and the environment, and that could result in an accident or serious event, as well as impact on the environment.
