#BELIMITLESS"**Job Description** Reservations Agent**You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience.
As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

**What you will be doing**:- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, engaging service, with excellent record tracking and tide follow up to all guests requests- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
**Qualifications** Your experience and skills include**:- Customer-service experience- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus- Speak with others using clear and professional language- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.- Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a plus- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- 18 months+ commitment to role
