**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in Finance or Human resources, with at least 2 year in a managerial role.
- High level of speaking and writing in English
- Proven experience in recruitment, Finance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR & finance principles, practices, and laws.
- Proficiency in HR & accounting software and tools (e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Types 35 words per minute.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Finance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Including transactions, ledgers, and bank statements.
- Reconcile financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Familiarity with industry-specific Financial regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support tax preparation.
- As needed liaise with external accountants or auditors.
- Perform general administrative duties related to financial management.
- Get approval and Procure items needed for the office.
- Oversee and validate all liquidations or reimbursements.

- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure communication, notification, and documentation as part of managing the employee exit process which includes; collecting company property, final settlement, benefits, and counseling within compliance of company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on goal setting and evaluations.
- Implement performance improvement plans and support managers in addressing performance issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct salary reviews and market research to make recommendations for adjustments.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address any related queries.
- Oversee the calculation of compensation, benefits and incentives programs to be compliant with the Labor code.
- Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- HR Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
