Should have strong knowledge of Application packaging using Admi Studio tool, languageskills like VBScript, PowerShell Should have strong knowledge in APPV 5.
Basics of APPV 4.6 would be an added advantage.
Should have strong SCCM knowledge.
Should have strong troubleshooting skills for issues arising at end users' side for MSI, APPV,SCCM deployment.
Should be able to think out of the box for various scenarios when one methodology is notworking for a particular issue.
Should be able to understand the end-to-end process of EUC Certification.
Should have theinsights to read beyond the planning notes, to understand the actual requirement of an apppackaging request.
Should be able to understand the history of an application in and out in the sense how it waspackaged, what was its requirements earlier and then come to a decision on how to packagethe current request.
Should be able to decode the glitches in planning notes and lab tech team's findings of anapplication and steer the packaging to right direction by coordinating with the planner/labteam or customer (if needed).
Should be willing to contribute to SIP periodically by giving automations for various activitiesrelated to the end-to-end process.
Should have basic knowledge on VMWare vSphere.
If not, then he/she must be a quicklearner of activities that may be beyond app packaging.

Should be thorough with end-to-end process of EUC Certification.
Should possess understanding of the entire lifecycle of an app and its history.
Should be responsible in conducting one to one session with customer, gather theirrequirements for packaging and guide them for any queries related to the process and ineffect, making the app project reach its conclusive end.
Should possess strong knowledge in documentation and Microsoft Excel.
Should possess ownership qualities to take up an app towards SEED/PROD deployment andin following up with the packagers/Customer whenever required.
