Interest in high volume manufacturing techniques.1.Manages a team of skill trades, on regards to quality assurance and quality control topics.2.Establish relationships with internal and external business partners (IT,Adv Mfg, Assy, Gears, Mach, Finance, ME, PTME), to create synergies and achieve the plant objectives3.Leads the team to review, follow and align them to Global Ford Production System (Key Unifying Process, Time and Data Management, Aligned and Capable Organization)4.Provide technical leadership to develop continuously people resources - both in projects as well as in day-to-day operations.5.Provide periodic updates to Senior Management related to KPIs (Key process indicators)6.Supports the digital transformation identifying opportunities on the data management.7.Strategic planning of the area focused on Security, Quality, Delivery, People for organizational goals.8.Ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated and executed to plan thru all area members (team Leaders, Skill trades, Operators, and Engineers)9.Provides feedback, mentoring and coaching to the group of collaborators as well as performance evaluation.
