This role is to join the Italian B2B team, responsible for managing a key portfolio of our largest potential clients. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring in significant new business to Wellhub, managing complex negotiations as well as supporting other members of the team with their accounts. The position will work closely with the team leaders to refine and improve business development strategy in Italy and strengthen our approach. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a market that is really gaining momentum on B2B sales and excited to have a game-changer candidate to take them to the next level.YOUR IMPACTVery close contact with the WE Planning team, Client Success and Partners team.Direct support for the execution of actions for accounts, clients in general.Responsible for enabling actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers.Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolio.Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget.To plan, manage and execute BTL marketing campaigns, Brand activations in the country.Working closely with the Account Manager and keeping him/her updated about the proceedings of the campaign.WHO YOU AREAdvanced English.Excellent communication skills to express the spirit of Wellhub in the different activations to be developed.Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides) - JIRA, ZOOM (is a plus) Design skills (is a plus).Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus).Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment with changes and different scenarios.Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace.Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars.Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem.Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role
