The** Engagement Coordinator **is instrumental in creating a supportive and celebratory environment for both team members and clients. This role is responsible for organizing client and team celebrations, managing communications related to important milestones, and fostering morale through regular engagement initiatives. Additionally, the Engagement Coordinator will utilize our immigration case management system for client communication, conduct research to support engagement efforts, and contribute to process improvements that streamline firm operations.
**Compensation**:
$24,000 month MXN
**Responsibilities**:
Include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate client and internal team celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday events, ensuring all details are handled to create meaningful experiences.
- Manage and track client and team milestones using our web-based immigration case management system and database, keeping accurate records of interactions and upcoming events.
- Stay informed on immigration-related issues, working closely with the legal team to support engagement activities and ensure the information provided to clients aligns with the firm's mission.
- Proactively contribute to the development and refinement of engagement processes, identifying ways to simplify workflows and increase team efficiency.
- Organize team-building activities and events, collaborating with HR and Operations to align with the firm's cultural values and long-term goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal morale-boosting initiatives, sending motivational communications and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Provide ongoing support for client relations, acting as an empathetic and encouraging contact for milestone celebrations.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support team needs and help ensure smooth operations in alignment with DYADlaw's mission, vision, and values.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building positive relationships and fostering a supportive team environment.
- Proficiency in web-based immigration case management systems, database management, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in event planning, engagement coordination, or customer/client relations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
