As an engagement lead, you'll collaborate closely with founders, developers, QA engineers, and designers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products that meet and exceed client expectations.**Responsibilities**With a focus on continuous learning and adaptability, the engagement lead will:- Work with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, QA engineers, and founders—to gather project requirements and create comprehensive project plans.- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key points to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project scope, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and test plans.- Monitor project budgets, help track expenses, and report on financials to keep projects within budget.- Participate in project review meetings, contributing insights and suggesting improvements for best practices in development.- Support team members by scheduling meetings and organizing project-related materials.- Collaborate with internal teams on resource allocation, ensuring teams have the tools and support needed to achieve project goals.- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.**Requirements**:- Educational background in computer science, engineering, or related fields for technical project managers.- Experience in project administration within the IT sector.- A technical background with hands-on experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality in all aspects of digital product development
