Engagement Manager

Preference: a) A person of Indian origin, having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently OR b) A person from Mexican origin, having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently. c) Experience in Media & Telecom domain business.Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Embed and work very closely with the Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines. Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth. 2. Meet the revenue targets for the account. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. CSAT Index – Ensure Coverage, Response rate of > 80%, CSAT Average of 4.5& above. 4. Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them. 5. Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention. 6. Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them to understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully. 7.
