We are seeking an English-speaking, dynamic and skilled Marketing Technologist to join ourteam to work on our brands EngineBI and Fiscal Advocate. As a Marketing Technologist, youwill play a crucial role in orchestrating marketing automation, ensuring accurate tagging andtracking, analyzing data from multiple initiatives, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proficient knowledge of extracting data from Google Analytics, WordPress, Active Campaign (or other email marketing software), and other marketing tools to generate valuable insights for the business.Responsibilities? Marketing AutomationDevelop and implement advanced marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and lead nurturing.Create and manage email automations to streamline communication and improve user journeys.? Tagging and Tracking:Ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation across digital channels to capture valuable data. Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.? Google Analytics G4:Test and optimize tracking setups in Google Analytics to measure and analyze user behavior. Generate insightful reports to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.? Paid Campaign Management:Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and others.Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and messaging.? Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals. Generate and manage marketing dashboard on a weekly basis? Stay Current on Marketing Technologies:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing technology.Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications? English level: B1 or higher? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.? Proven experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign), taggingand tracking methodologies, and paid campaign management.? Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.? Excellent project management and organizational skills.?
