**Job Summary**:**
The ADP is a 2-2.5 year leadership and functional rotation based program; with an average of 3 role changes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials and Operational Excellence in our Apodaca Plant and with the opportunity for a rotational experience in Trane US.
**The Program**:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering)
- Operations (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Industrial Distribution)
**Qualifications**:
- Graduating Seniors or Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree directly related to our functional program.
- Leadership experiences (i.e. professional, development club officer, committee chairperson, job related leadership experiences in internships, school projects or similar)
- Related internships or projects.
- International experience desired (It could be any studies abroad or remote interaction)
- Valid US Visa
