Delicias, Chihuahua.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPromotes the Culture of Continuous Improvement in the different departments of CommScope.Supports the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.Facilitator for the teams during the development of kaizen events, giving support in the evaluation and implementation of best practices.Coordinates and supports personnel of the plant in the development of projects using the methodologies of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.Documents the execution of projects on a monthly basis, to monitor compliance with the goal.Manages the Punta Estrella program and provides the scores obtained by Production Supervisor, for quarterly bonus allocation.Manages the Lean LPA tool to prevent deterioration of the systems implemented in the production lines.This position must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.Required Qualifications for Consideration:Professional Engineering StudiesRequired experience of at least 1 year in a similar positionSkill in handling computer packagesEnglish required.Ability to work in a team and leadership.Attitude with service focus, organized, analytical and proactive.Solid project management skillsYou Will Excite Us if you Have:Experience in Six Sigma (Black Belt Desirable)Why CommScope?You may not be familiar with CommScope, but you are likely more familiar with us than you realize.
