**Overview**:This position is responsible to implement program such as the YFS Business Operating System and YFMS to eliminate the risk of occupational injury and illness, and environmental non-compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Spearhead specific actions to assure the plant complies with all federal, state provincial, and local environmental regulations and rules, including those related to occupational health and safety.**Activities**:1.
Optimize remedial action outcome2.
Liaison with regular agencies and external stakeholders3.
Preparation and monitoring of the annual and long-term budget of flotation sites for EHS4.
Provide a fully integrated root cause analysis to all incidents on plant.5.
Responsible for all baseline risk assessments and all other risks assessments that might be needed from time to time.6.
Supervise compliance of police and procedures in the operation.7.
Responsible for setting polices and ensure that plant meet them with different systems.8.
Responsible for setting goals and objectives in terms of the strategic plan for EHS9.
Responsible for setting up and managing and EHS team.10.
Ability to work "on-call" for any emergencies that may arise.11.
Assist Plant manager to convene EHS committee and other meeting according to local law.12.
Facilitate the daily EHS reviews of operations; Stop and correct the behavior that break rules and regulations.14.
Ensure contractors are trained properly and adhere to contractor safety program requirements15.

Interaction with STPS, SEMARNAT, SEDEMA, PROFEPA AND OTHER GOVERNMENT ENTITITES.17.
Compliance with all Federal, state and local safety and Health regulations.
**Qualification**- Engineering degree complete.- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in multinational company (Desire automobile industry).- Strong Knowledge on EHS regulation and management in quality systems (ISO 14000, ISO 45001), OHSAS 18000.- Fluent English written and spoken.
