Optibelt products are used wherever durability and uncompromising quality are required: in machine construction, in the automotive industry, in the agricultural machinery sector and in the household appliance industry.The scope of duties includes but is not limited to:- Establishing and taking over the maintenance division for a new production company in Mexico.- Responsibility for the maintenance processes- Ensuring the operational capability of production through repair as well as planned inspection and maintenance work- Continuous improvement of technical availability by optimizing maintenance and communication processes- Contact person for internal customers from plant planning to plant dismantling- If necessary, participation in fault elimination- Development of the production maintenance incl. expansion of the maintenance team, later disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees of the maintenance departmentWhat you should bring with you:- Technical university degree (for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the rubber industry- Experience in setting up and commissioning machines and systems, troubleshooting and fault analysis- Experience in maintenance and repair work, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams- Follow and improve maintenance schedule of equipment- Very good knowledge of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics desirable- Testing of wiring (continuity, insulation and voltage tests)- Testing and commissioning of electrical and electromechanical assemblies (hardware and software)- Programming with Siemens S7-300, WinCC, TIA Portal- WSCAD knowledge or other CAD software- good knowledge of MS Office, first experience with SAP desirable- good knowledge of English, German or Romanian language skills desirable- willingness to work in Germany and Romania for training, project work, networking (12 months, divided into phases of 3-6 months)- good communication and organizational skills as well as teamwork, experience in international companies with decentralized structures desirable- Further development of individual professional level- Responsibility: you work independently and plan maintenance projects around the topic of plant modernization and optimization.
