- Creates and maintains production line operating instructions from product specification.
- Clearly identifies customer requirements.
Analyzes assembly processes and ensures compliance with requirements.
- Maintains product specifications and process parameters.
- Collaborates with the team to develop and define the appropriate process parameters based on the technical specifications of the product.
- Audits according to the defined frequency the compliance of the assembly process specifications.
- Ensures compliance with the requirements contracted with the assembly line manufacturer.
- Performs equipment and process validations through statistical analysis, validation and test runs to expected performance levels in terms of production speed and overall equipment effectiveness including machine, tooling and process set-up, with the support of the plant Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Supports analysis of labor utilization, space requirements, workflows, equipment layout design and workspaces for maximum efficiency.
