**What Skills You Need**:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse and global teams.
- 2 or more years of experience in product design, development, manufacturing, or related functional area.
- Experience using computer aided design and engineering tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- 3 or more years of experience with diagnostic skills, root cause/failure analysis and problem solving.
- 3 or more years of experience with diesel engine design and performance.
- Experience in computer aided design systems (CREO), creating 3D models and 2D drawings.
- PDMLink and SAP working knowledge.
- Design for Six Sigma experience.
**Education**:
- Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
