Description
This position reports to the Global QMS Leader and It is expected that the individual in this role possesses knowledge of quality management systems and end to end process management approach.
The role will be in Juarez, Mexico.
What will be your contributions:
- Create, prioritize, and manage project scopes and requirements within the QA IT portfolio (e.g., Oracle-QMS-CAQ). Collaborate with IT and QA stakeholders to understand business objectives and anticipate demand.
- Develop requirements for new QA digitalization project scopes, implement processes, ensure their dissemination, and monitor applicability.
Define and ensure successful implementation of new global QMS tools while managing the decommissioning of old systems. Provide support in developing, monitoring and controlling the softwares and their user acceptance testing, used for management systems.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and maintain Quality Management Systems. Support the planning and review of process drawings, involving business units, and introduce new processes as necessary.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs/projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure actions are taken for system development and improvement needs, following up with relevant stakeholders. Provide support in understanding business unit needs and identifying alert points in end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate with process stakeholders to track action plans for implementing projects within targeted timeframes in Global Projects. Support periodic reviews of quality procedures, processes, and policies for standardization and improvement. Assist in the effective use of the documentation management system and continuous improvement.
- Track defined global quality initiative objectives to enhance Quality Management Systems.
- Evaluate global policies and procedures to address identified gaps and work towards their creation.
What will be decisive:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- Preferably skilled in OMNEX, QDMS, Visio, ARIS or similar management systems software. ("Experience with OMNEX is a plus*)
- Project Management is a plus.
- Experience in process management, process mining, lean management, and 5S practices are preferred.
- Proficiency in process improvement tools such as SIPOC, Problem Solving and Analysis Techniques, A3.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a requirement of Visio usage.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Quality-oriented mindset with a strong sense of task consciousness.

- Proficient in planning and organization.
