About the Role The Engineer I is responsible for development products, tools, fixtures, equipment and industrial processes. This position works closely with product engineering, product management, and new product development teams to ensure products are adequately and accurately designed for manufacturing team.
Watlow is a global organization with several sites in the United States and international. Watlow's primary CAD systems are Solidworks, Solidworks Electrical and various CAM programs, Solidworks PDM, and Aras Innovator PLM.
Candidates should have strong technical experience using Solidworks.

Design improvements to products and processes

Interpret test requirements and prepare test procedures
Conduct tests and experiments and prepare test reports
