We win when our customers win and that drives everything we do.We are looking for a Automation Engineer II to join our Juarez, Mexico Team.**What to Expect**:Automation Engineer is responsible for carrying out professional-level tasks, whose purpose is to analyze the design and implementation of new production processes and/or products, following the specifications defined for each one, ensuring they align with equipment operation standards and other regulations to produce efficiently, safety and quality.**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**:Participate in multiple product/machine development and cost reduction team efforts. Meets project targets and schedules.Document of automated equipment requirements through knowledge & experience with relevant industry standards.Work with Manufacturing on process development and introductions of new products into Manufacturing through knowledge & experience for manufacturing equipment and processes.Project Manage activities related to self and others.Collaboration with current staff which includes other engineers and technicians in a team-oriented environment.Recognized for technical contributions by engineering peers.Ability to deliver technical improvements to existing products/processes/services where feasible resulting in cost reductions or quality improvement.Is responsible for reviewing unusual or difficult problems and selecting techniques to be applied to non-routine work.Update / replace control systems.Implement trouble shooting methods in automatic machines.Support to production maintenance in locating faults in automatic equipment.Responsible for training in maintenance control systems (Faults, Set-up, Trouble shooting).Responsible for the design of Poka-Yoke for automatic systems or machines that do not have a control system.Integration of control systems with different functionalities or different brands. This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment management system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:BSME in Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Electric/Industrial or equivalent degree.3 - 5 years of validated experienceAble to communicate speaking and writing in English.**You Will Excite Us if you Have**:Ability to successfully work within a team environment.Design, program and debugging of PLC, HMI, and robot - special equipment software
