With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate, and enhancing safe mobility.We are looking to hire a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to work focused on New launches and join our team at CD Juarez (Juarez II- Parque Industrial Bafar).What you can look forward to as Sr Manufacturing Engineer:Ensure the launch of new products in all phases of the APQP from a manufacturing perspective.Perform on-site equipment validations with the supplier and in the plant installation phase.Generate documentation for the equipment and prepare for approvals with clients.Support production area in training the people for using the equipment and troubleshooting failure modes.Your profile as Sr Manufacturing Engineer:Engineering5+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Experience in the introduction of new projects.
- Experience in quoting labor, tooling, and equipment.
- Experience in implementing and coordinating engineering changes.
- Experience in high automation equipment (sintering molding).
- Experience in handling reflow ovens.
- Knowledge of traceability systems.
- Knowledge of automatic dispensing equipment.
- Knowledge of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection), SPI (Soldier paste inspection), and laser welding equipment.
- Knowledge of sintering processes (desirable).
- Knowledge of SAP/Axalant for engineering (desirable).
- Analysis of material flow through layouts.
- Knowledge of time and motion studies (MOST).
- World-class manufacturing practices such as JIT, KAN-BAN, SMED, Lean manufacturing.
