The Quality Engineer will be a CommScope Corporate Quality organization member supporting the BSA (Base Station Antenna) business unit in North America Region (NAR), based in **Reynosa, Mexico.**

Primary responsibilities include customer returns RMA (Return Material Authorization), Root Cause Analysis and 8D (Eight Disciplines Problem Solving Process) reports, key customer monthly, quarterly quality reports, and data analysis.

**Duties and Responsibilites**:
Provide overall BSA (Based Station Antenna) Business Unit level Quality return data analysis Bi-weekly.
Coordinate NAR customer return units RCA (Root Cause Analysis), customer 8D initiation, lesson learns sharing.
Summarize BSA Defects Complains data breakdown analysis.
Key customer Monthly Review (MOR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
Review and share quality lesson learn to factory drive for continue improvements.
Dynamic inventory S - Hold and rework, logistic monitoring and follow up with distribution center and RMA team.
Customer 3rd party witness testing and sampling retesting from DC (Distribution Center) management and reporting.
Initiate and define the new procedure and flow chart to meet new design/process environments.
Corporate and BSA Quality procedure training to NAR team.
Identify the current procedure and process gaps from the rollout experience, define the actions to improve process value and effect.
BSA NAR coordination for external and internal audit per TL9000 and support corporate QMS updates.
Follow up services complains include carrier damage, shipping wrong and lost, order entry error
Use the quality tools to improve and prove the data analysis and performance stability, such as CPK, D/PFMEA, WI, SPC, RCA, CP, CTQ, lesson learned, gate reviews, DFM/A, Design standards (RF & ME & Electronics).
Lead the DMAIC project with crossed team to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate to cross team any opportunity for design, process, and quality optimization as quality matter.
10-15% NAR region customer field visit, and travel will be required.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Radio Frequency Engineering technical field.
- Working Knowledge of Quality tools such as TQM, Six Sigma, SPC data analysis skills, FMEA, Control Plans, 8Ds, Root Cause Analysis, Poka-Yoke etc.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001/TL9000 Quality Management System Standards.
- 3-5 years or more of previous Quality experience, preferably within a design, customer returns and lean environment.
- Ability to work effectively with all cross functional areas and across international/cultural boundaries.
- Strong self-study ability, willing to learn and accept new skills requires during daily work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal plus presentation skills.
- 10% NAR region customer field visit, and travel will be required
- Must be fluent in English.
